Nitish kumars manav shrinkhla/Human chain for jal jivan hariyali

Nitish  kumar might be creating Guiness world record by making human chains but i wonder if this will give any concrete results.
How will manav shrinkhla turn into afforestation.
Will people start planting saplings/plants.
where is the place sirji people don't have an inch to let then where will they plant sapling(not saplings definitely).
This is the case more in towns ,of Block and subdivisions.Sate Capital and district towns are not to be thought of.
In villages, farmer will first use their land to feed themselves then feed chief minister's fanciful ideas.

Such jal jivan haryali work is already being done by very conscientious people, only conscientious ones .These are handful and r conscientious of their responsibilities.Rest 99.99% r today's greedy and self centered people who only teach their children to acquire any government job and leach people, as they have invested so much in them and also everyone is doing it.They don't care for such people centered issues.
I will tell you none of the government officers,teachers of netas will ever plant one plant in their life.Bhai they don't have time from enjoying their life and minting black money.
So what use it was all this hulla gulla, nothing but fanfare and some money making by the  government employees.
In Fact and very strangely this greenary programme didn't have any greenwork.No planting work was done.How will this turn into hariyali(greenary).
All hard earned money and taxes paid by the people has been wasted away.

The best thing would have been by giving incentives and monetary help to those willing to plant greenery.
Crores must have been spent all this time by moving all around with retinue of people and convoy of vehicles .

Me and many people like me have done heavy plantation on our own faith and have changed the landscape and also the we hawa pani(atmosphere).The temperature  around is changed so is air pollution.So have the people attitude and behaviour.
We invested heavily beyond our means.
But the government did nothing.
Government needs to help the very genuine ones who can really change the relm.
Then motivate others financially or by  any other incentive.
Targeted work will help realise governments aim that too with much less fund.

And waste of time and energy of people invested.
Also it wasted those who were struck out of their work.

All this chain was for his self promotion.
And everyone knows it very clearly, how loud they talk or whatever.

Issue is worthwhile but work is worthless.
