1 Rs 1899 for 336 days and 24 GB, this comes to 1899/336=5,65 rs per day cost.
2.Rs Rs479 for 84 days and 6GB, i.e. 479/84= 5.70 rs per day cost, 5paisa costlier than earlier.
3,Rs.189 for 28 days and 2 GB, i.e. 189/28 = 6.75 rs per day costing, which is still costlier than previous two.
So, the cheapest is the first option but being a bigger investment for a year it is better to select to the cheaper version of Rs479 for almost three months.
